🚚 Dispatch & Delivery (All Regions)
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
🔁 Returns (All Regions)
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags must remain attached
Refunds
- Issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Return Fees
- A flat return fee of $10 AUD (or equivalent) applies
- A 5% restocking fee applies
